การใช้งาน เม็ดกันชื้น
สามารถใช้ผสมกับเม็ดพลาสติกรีไซเคิล และเม็ดพลาสติกที่มีความชื้น เพื่อลดความชื้นในพลาสติก
อัตราส่วนการผสม เม็ดกันชื้น
ผสมเม็ดกันชื้น ในอัตราส่วน 1% - 4% ขึ้นกับความชื้น และลักษณะของเม็ดพลาสติกที่ต้องการผสม
มาตรฐานการบรรจุ เม็ดกันชื้น
บรรจุในถุงสุญญากาศ 5 กิโลกรัม ต่อ ถุง ใน 1 กล่องมี 5 ถุง ( 25 กิโลกรัม ต่อ กล่อง)
วิธีการเก็บรักษา เม็ดกันชื้น
เก็บเม็ดกันชื้นในที่แห้ง และมีการระบายอากาศที่ดี หลีกเลี่ยงการโดนแสงแดด สินค้าต้องเก็บในสภาพสุญญากาศตลอดเวลา หากพบสินค้าไม่อยู่ในสภาพสุญญากาศ ต้องรีบแจ้งกลับมายังบริษัท ฯ เพื่อนำสินค้าใหม่ไปเปลี่ยนให้ เพื่อการใช้งานเม็ดกันชื้น ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ข้อควรระวังการใช้งาน เม็ดกันชื้น
หากผสมเม็ดกันชื้น กับเม็ดพลาสติกเรียบร้อยแล้ว ต้องทำการผลิตในทันที หรืออย่างน้อยต้องทำการผลิตภายใน 8-24 ชั่วโมง ไม่ควรเก็บข้ามวันหรือเก็บไว้ข้ามคืน เพื่อประสิทธิภาพการผลิตที่ดีที่สุดแนะนำให้ใช้ให้หมดภายใน 8 ชั่วโมง หลังจากเปิดถุงสุญญากาศ มิเช่นนั้นอาจทำให้มีปัญหาในการผลิตได้ และควรใช้สินค้าให้หมดภายใน 2 เดือน นับจากวันสั่งซื้อสินค้า แนะนำให้สั่งสินค้าในปริมาณที่สอดคล้องกับกำลังการผลิต ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับสินค้า เม็ดกันชื้น สำหรับงานพลาสติก สามารถสอบถามได้โดยตรงที่ ฝ่ายขายและการตลาด บริษัท ไทยโพลีเคมิคอล จำกัด

Properties
Desiccant masterbatch has been researched and developed specially for the moisture problem solving. It can absorb the moisture in plastic greatly without bringing quality down. The costs can be cut down and the productivity can be raised accordingly. It is widely used in recycle material, recycle plastic, moisturized plastic and degradable plastics. Normally the recycle material or recycle plastic contains a lot moisture.
Dosage
1% - 4%, depending on % of moisture content of raw material. Directly mix with plastic resin, plastic scrap
Applications
Used in recycle material, moisturized plastic and degradable plastics
Packing
25 kg per carton box (5 kg in vacuum PP bag, 5 bags per carton box)
Storage
Storage in dry area and good ventilation place, avoid sunlight, must keep in vacuum condition. After tearing off the vacuum bag, it is usable within 8-24 hours depending on the climate condition. But it's highly recommended to use within 8 hours for best productivity
